"La gouvernance humaine pour ...les nuls" - Serge Hubert
Thursday 19 November 2009, Evening session, Language : French
According to EPEGON, the definition of people governance is the following : "People governance is the implementation of ethical principles and attitudes that lead to the integration of people-related questions in all stages of the decision-making process by the governing bodies of the company. It makes it possible to act coherently and to strengthen all the human dimensions connected to the internal and external activities of the company. "
There are a few key words like "ethical, decision making process, company, human".
For the neophyte, human governance seems to be complex. Is it a new mode? As a matter of fact, human governance has a daily impact on everyone involved in the society. Even on students! Human governance is another way to think or the rethink the workspace with an accent on human. Serge Hubert will explain exactly what human governance means and its relationship with different themes like ethics, education, business...
