Eurogroup Consulting - Breakfast debate with Hervé Juvin and Bruno Colmant, 10 June 2008

On 10 June 2008, Food For Thought organised a custom session for Eurogroup Consulting. Hervé Juvin, the author of “Produire le monde, Pour une croissance écologique” (March 2008), talked to the Eurogroup team on sustainable development. Bruno Colmant, CEO of Euronext Brussels, addressed the financial impact of the environmental issue from an academic point of view.

It was very enriching to listen to Juvin’s and Colmant’s fresh views on sustainable development and to have the opportunity to share our thoughts with them. I very much enjoyed the informal exchanges with the speakers. They took plenty of time to answer our questions and further explore the topic with us.

The relaxed atmosphere at Cook & Book made it into the perfect venue for our event. The fact that we were surrounded books to listen to the inspiring author Juvin talking enthusiastically about this latest work, gave this session an extra touch.

All aspects of the event were of a uniformly high standard – from the unconventional, inspiring session venue, the high calibre of the guest speakers, the interaction between the speakers and the audience, to the wonderful culinary experience.
