L'importance de l'image corporelle de la femme sur sa sexualité
Iv Psalti, 23 June 2009
What a big challenge! To gather nice people - women en men - at the beginning of this summer. A lot of us were already in a kind of "holiday" mood. Maybe the right moment to have some intellectual food about the female sexuality. We are all concerned by this subject. Iv Psalti was of course a great speaker and Murielle Lona did enjoy to animate this memorable evening. Next time about the man and his sexuality!

When Food For Thought talks about sex in a hot summer night...
On my way to Cook&Book, which was going to host us for the last time before the summer respite, I was thinking about what was going to be said during this session. As I was riding the subway, I noticed a classy woman in her mid 40’s answering a “Sex Quizz” in a famous women magazine. And that is exactly “it”: sex seems to be everywhere: on the radio, in the magazines … even at Cook&Book … even at Food For Thought!

Les valeurs spirituelles peuvent-elles sauver notre économie ?
Pierre Klees, Bruno Colmant, Imane Karich
28 May 2009
One trio to debate about spirituality and business. Two men coming from the ULB movement, Pierre Klees and Bruno Colmant, and one woman defending the Muslim Community, Imane Karich. The theme chosen by the three speakers, together with Murielle Lona, is the key to a successful evening. The final question..." Is it possible to reconciliate spirituality and economy in one common approach ?"

Sex, Love, and Food For Thought
Yvon Dallaire, 19 March 2009
On 19 March 2009, the renowned Canadian Yvon Dallaire was our guest speaker. A very funny and interesting evening on the subject : the differences between men and women. We learned a lot about what to seduce a man - or a woman - and how to communicate better with each other! The top of our sexual life is between 40 and 55 years ! Yvon will come back, for sure. Don't miss the next evening with us in October!

On 12 March 2009, Rudy Aernoudt was our guest speaker and he shared with us his original view of the crisis. It was a memorable moment with a lot of interaction between the attendees.
We will keep in mind Rudy's message: " In our society driven by money, we need to come back to the human values!". This evening gave us the opportunity to dicover the man behind Rudy Aernoudt!

Rudy Aernoudt, his come back as an intellectual !
Thursday March 12, Rudy must be an happy man tonight. After a short journey in the political world, he just decided to follow his heart. Back to the intellectual world! A role he does enjoy, a role written for him. He could not find a better place to give his first lecture, Cook&Book, the trendy restaurant and bookstore chosen by Food For Thought. For Rudy, a nice discovery!

From Max Weber... to EBay
The main dish of the day was Bruno Colmant’s lecture titled “Financial crisis: a fresh breath of air coming from spirituality: Catholicism and Protestantism”. The venue was sold-out to ear and discuss what Euronext Brussels’ CEO would share that night. A lot came thanks to the long lasting appetizer, served by the whole national media coverage, with what they simply call: « the crisis ».
Read the text written by Bruno Colmant for this session

Women don't ask"...but they answered the call of Food For Thought
The menu of that day was pretty appetizing: Sara Laschever, US best-selling author, top speaker and passionate about female empowerment was, of course, the main entree. But to sharpen the intellectual appetite of our guests, the whole Food For Thought team managed to set up a renowned discussion panel to create an enriching experience.

The socio-economic impact of the Freemasonry
Pierre Klees, 3 November 2008
On 3 November 2008, Food For Thought organised an evening session with Pierre Klees. He had a very interesting talk on the socio-economic impact of the freemasonry, partly based on his book " Rencontres entre des profanes et un franc-maçon "(February 2008). Being a businessman and a freemason, Pierre Klees was the ideal speaker to explain this subject. Pierre Walkiers, Managing Director at ING moderated the debate with a lot of professionalism. The networking event turned out to be a big success!

When Food For Thought made a rhyme with food, discovery, interaction, Freemasonry and ambiance...
What ingredients are needed to create a memorable night? Food For Thought found them, united them and created a unique night made of discussions and meetings, in an easy-going atmosphere. The menu of that night might have been somewhat surprising: Pierre Klees, former Grand Master of the Grand Orient of Belgium, was invited to discuss his thoughts on the socio-economic impact of Freemasonry.
